January the 10th 1710 His Excellency William Lord Craven Palatine and the rest of the true and absolute Lords and Proprietors of the Said Province To the Marshall Send Greeting. Wee Streightly command you without any Delay to atteach the Goods & Chattels of Norcomb of [Nan?] So as to Compell him personally to be and apper before our Cheif Justice at out next Court of Common Pleas to be holden for the said Province at Charles Town to answer y[our?] complaint of William Fripp victualler in a plea of Trespass on the Case ad dam (award damages?) five pounds two shillings Curr(en)t money.
