Charles William Colwell

A letter from Philip Colwell to "Etta" Dunne, dated 1899, says that Philip took a cousin of Etta's for a time, after his father died, and then he went to live with his grandfather. And that he was now married, and living in the family home (Drove Lodge). This would appear to be Charles William. He is the young cousin in the group photo outside Drove Lodge.
